Safari Itinerary

Northern 4 day Ngorongoro Crater safari takes you to one of Tanzania's most spectacular attractions at a relatively relaxed pace, Ngorongoro Crater, which supports a year round resident population of a variety of wildlife. It is an attraction in its own right and is one of the wonders of the natural world.

Lake Manyara National park is located 130km West of Arusha and covers 330sq km. It lies in a shallow depression at the base of the Great Rift Valley and backed by the red and brown Cliffs of the escarpment. The Lake followed by ground water forest dominates the Park, there are also 2 hot spring water.

Tarangire National Park is located 120km South West of Arusha and covers 2600sq km.The Park is known as the park of Elephants and Baobabs, crossed by the Tarangire River from the North to South where the herds of plains migrate to its permanent waters during the dry season. Between July and November the park is host to thousands of zebras seen in herds and coming from all over the Maasai.

Wildlife

The park is home to TREE climbing lions, Elephant, Giraffe, Buffalo, Hippo, Waterbuck, Baboons, Hartebeest, Zebras and many more.

Birds:

Over 400 spices of birds including flamingo, Pelican, stock, ibis, cormorants, Ostrich, and Geese.
